Rental Information

• No pets allowed.
• No smoking allowed.
• Maid service is provided before check-in. Additional services can be arranged at nominal charges.
• Rental fee does not include damages or abnormal care. Damages are billed at time and materials.
• The cabin is situated over 10,000 feet above sea level. High alpine conditions exist and severe winter weather may be present. Use extreme caution when driving and walking.
• Do not remove burning wood from fireplace.
• Two keys are provided. Please request more before final payment, if you need additional keys.
• Sales Tax (5.78%) is not included in rate.

Reservation Information

• One half of the balance is due when making a reservation.
• The balance and $500 security deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Personal checks, traveler's checks, money orders and Paypal accepted.
• There are no refunds for reservations canceled within 30 days.
• Please check-in after 4:00 P.M. and check-out before 10:00 A.M.
• There is a three night minimum stay, except holidays which require a five night minimum.
